This isn’t the first time that the tony 12-room duplex has been up for grabs; it was originally listed for $44 million in 2014, and has since undergone numerous discounts.

The current owner is finance guy David Ganek and his wife Danielle. It’s the home’s previous owners though, that are the really interesting ones; John V. Bouvier III and his wife, Janet — otherwise known as the parents of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis – lived in the palatial apartment for six years in the 1930s, which explains why it’s known as the Bouvier apartment.
