David Chu, founder of the preppy-menswear line Nautica, has listed an apartment at 15 Central Park West for $18.8 million, according to StreetEasy records. The apartment is under his wife, Gina Lin Chu’s, name.

Chu was born in Taiwan, and started Nautica in 1983. He sold the company in 2003 and currently serves as the CEO and Creative Director of the luxury Danish home goods company, Georg Jensen.

This 2,367-square-foot apartment is on the 28th floor and has sweeping views of Central Park and the Hudson River from its floor-to-ceiling windows. It has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, custom closets, hardwood floors and a gourmet kitchen. Residents of the building have access to an in-home private dining service and a 75-foot lap pool. It appears that the Chus do not live in the apartment, as all of the listing photos note that the apartment has been virtually staged.

The Chus sold another apartment they owned in the building in 2015 for $8.5 million, according to city records. And in 2014, Chu sold a commercial townhouse in Flatiron he used as his design studio for $27 million.
