While Adele was bemoaning the breakup of Brangelina during her New York City tour earlier this year, it turns out she was living in some pretty sweet digs.

The queen of heartache rented Deron Williams’ tremendous apartment at 35 North Moore Street for almost three weeks during her New York City tour, according to the property’s listing agent Andrew Azoulay of Douglas Elliman. The apartment is currently on the sales market for $28 million, and is also available as a $60,000-a-month rental. Azoulay declined to say how much Adele paid for the apartment during her stay.

Apparently, Adele was drawn to the apartment due to its four private parking spaces, which gave her privacy. But there’s a whole lot to love about the apartment in addition to that. A combination of two penthouses, the condo has 7,200 square feet of interior space, plus an additional 2,700 square feet of outdoor space, split among two terraces. These terraces have a fireplace, a dog house and a barbecue. Inside, there’s six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, 50-feet of floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, wet bar, a kitchen with two refrigerators, a glass-enclosed wine cellar that can hold 300 bottles, a Control 4 automation system and security cameras. Not to mention, extra storage space if you somehow run out of room.

Former Nets guard Deron Williams listed the property for $33.5 million last August, and since then has slashed the price a number of times to its current asking price of $28 million. It was listed on the rental market for $60,000-a-month yesterday, though Azoulay says a tenant had been renting it for the past year. All of the furniture is included with the rental.
