Everyone’s favorite turn-of-the-millennium pop star and hip thruster has just snapped up a pretty seven bedroom spread in Beverly Hills. According to real estate gossip blog Yolanda’s Little Black Book, Ricky Martin paid $13.5 million for the 11,300-square-foot home.

The former longtime property of legendary crooner Johnny Cash has hit the market. While his onetime 14,000-square-foot home is no longer standing — sadly it burned in a ring of fire in 2007 — the 4.5-acre property on which it stood along with a small one-bedroom house is available to the right person.

The streak is over. Susan Lucci has found a buyer for her Southampton estate “Four Winds,” with the property going under contract for just under $20 million. The “All My Children” actress, who won an Emmy in 1999 after being snubbed 18 times, listed the property back in 2014 for $19.9 million. An unknown buyer has now signed a contract to buy the property for just under $20 million.

Victoria Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel is 2016’s eighth highest paid model, so it’s a bit of a surprise that her apartment in the East Village at 311 East 11th Street, which she has just listed for $6,200-a-month, is actually fairly modest.

While Adele was bemoaning the breakup of Brangelina during her New York City tour earlier this year, it turns out she was living in some pretty sweet digs. The queen of heartache rented Deron Williams’ tremendous apartment at 35 North Moore Street for almost three weeks during her New York City tour.
