San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has been making some major plays — in real estate that is. The headline-hogging football player has been revealed by the LA Times as the owner of a $3.2 million condo at Tribeca’s Enrique Norten-designed 1 York Street.

The purchase, which closed in July for its full asking price, was made using the same trust that holds a Bay Area property Kaepernick just listed, and Kaepernick’s sister Devon, is listed as the trustee.

The 1,733-square-foot spread comes with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, high ceilings, oversized windows, triple exposures, wide plank oak flooring, a gourmet kitchen, marble bathrooms, a home office and a private parking space.

The building itself offers amenities like a full-time doorman, concierge, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a sundeck with an outdoor shower, a private health club and individual storage lockers. [LA Times]
