The luxury rental units at Williamsburg’s 250N10 are scaling new heights in an already pricey neighborhood.
Studios in the 232-unit LCOR-managed building are to hit the market asking as much as $3,600 per month, the New York Daily News reported — a number that flies by the Brooklyn average of $3,035. And while the rental rates for two-bedroom units hit a lofty $6,300 per month, they fall just short of nearby 111 Kent Avenue’s $7,200 high.
All the building’s units boast floor-to-ceiling windows, climate control and high-end appliances, while building amenities include a gym, Wifi throughout the common areas and cafe with a coffee bar. The building is slated for an April opening date, but a good chunk of work remains before then, according to the Daily News. At the moment, workers are in the throws of topping off coats of paint and wallpaper. [NYDN] — Julie Strickland
