Former neurosurgeon, pyramid theorist, thwarted Republican candidate, and upcoming secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson is ready to part ways with his miniature Florida mansion. Possibly to make room for his ever expanding resume.
Variety reports that he’s just listed his five-bedroom West Palm Beach spread for $1.2 million, almost half-a-million more than he paid for it three years ago.
According to its listing, the 6,155-square-foot home comes with four-and-a-half bathrooms, high ceilings, hand painted inlays, floor-to-ceiling windows, marble floors, custom built-in’s throughout, a “tastefully upgraded” chef’s kitchen, remote operated window coverings, a pool, and a three car garage.
In September, Carson snapped up a 8,782-square-foot home, set in a guard-gated golf community in Florida’s Palm Beach Gardens, for $4.4 million.
We compared the two and have come to just one conclusion; the man likes marble and columns, oh, and the Steelers.
