Everyone’s favorite movie villain, actor Willem Dafoe, has just parted ways with a Lower East Side apartment he co-owned with his son Jack.
According to the Observer, the two-bedroom co-op at 504 Grand Street sold for $860,000 — $10,000 above its asking price, and it was the younger Dafoe who actually resided there. The father-son duo purchased the pad in 2005 for $606,000.
According to listing broker Yesim Ak, the apartment sold on the first day of the first scheduled open house. The pad comes with original hardwood floors, high ceilings, “abundant” closet and storage space, and an eat-in kitchen.
The “Spider Man” actor is no stranger to New York City real estate — he and his wife Giada Colagrande currently reside in the West Village in a $4 million two-bedroom penthouse at 68 Jane Street, which they bought in 2014. Prior to that, he sold a Perry Street pad for almost $3 million.
Yesim Ak and Daniel Barcelowsky of Misrahi Realty had the listing.
