Former Sports Illustrated model Audrey Quock has just nabbed herself a new condo in the Financial District. She paid $2.2 million, city records show, a little less that its asking price.
According to the listing, the two-bedroom apartment at 102 Fulton Street, spans 1,580 square feet and comes with two bathrooms, a home office, keyed-elevator entrance, oversized windows, cooks kitchen, breakfast bar, “abundant” closet space, custom storage, and a private storage unit in basement.
The 9-story prewar building, also known as The Fulton Chambers building, was built in 1896 and converted to a condominium in 2003.
The model’s new home isn’t far from the Seaport District, which is undergoing an upscale transformation. Restaurants from Jean-Georges Vongerichten and David Chang will be joined by retailers 10 Corso Como, Scotch & Soda, McNally Jackson Books and others in 2017. And earlier this year the Landmarks Preservation Commission approved plans for an upscale food market by Vongerichten.
