From the September issue: After 34 years of private ownership, Manhattan residential brokerage the Bellmarc Group this summer announced that it would become a franchise of the massive Coldwell Banker. While the brand has locations across the U.S. and in 51 countries, Manhattan had been without a Coldwell Banker franchise since 2009, when Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy shuttered in the midst of the real estate downturn.
