Beautiful human Adriana Lima is ready to bid farewell to her Midtown pied-à-terre.
The veteran Victoria’s Secret Angel is asking $4.8 million for the two-bedroom spread at 146 West 57th Street, also known as Metropolitan Tower. The 2,200-square-foot condo has been fully renovated, and comes with custom kitchen cabinetry, oversized windows, a media room, and Central Park views.
According to the Wall Street Journal, this isn’t the first time the pad has hit the market, Lima first listed it three years ago for $5.5 million.
The model bought the spread in 2003 for just a touch under $2 million, city records show. She later married Marko Jarić, a professional basketball player, and the two now own the apartment jointly. They finalized their divorce earlier this year.
Lima joins a whole host of other Victoria’s Secret Angels who have been making real estate moves recently; earlier this month Candice Swanepoel put her East Village penthouse on the market for $6,200-a-month, and earlier this year Isabeli Fontana sold her Central Park South apartment for $2.5 million.
