Debbie Reynolds — the actress and singer famous for her roles in “Singin’ in the Rain”, “Charlotte’s Web“ and “Will and Grace”, and her decades long Hollywood career — died last week at the age of 84, just one day after the death of her daughter, Carrie Fisher.
And Reynolds’ childhood home in Burbank, Calif., recently hit the market for $749,000, according to Realtor.com.
The home has been on the market for a little over a month (listing before Reynolds death), and Realtor.com noted that longtime neighbors confirm that she did in fact live there. Listing agent Deirdre Salomone of the L34 Group even provided a photo of a young Reynolds outside the pad.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home was built in 1940 and spans 1,246 square feet. The lot itself is 6,616 square feet, and also has a guest studio and pool. Naturally, in the past 70-odd years, much of the home has been updated, but check out the vintage pink bathroom.
