Mike Myers’ new $15M Tribeca pad is “Groovy Baby!”

Actor Mike Myers is the latest buyer at the super-secretive, probably celebrity-filled 443 Greenwich.

Myers and his wife Kelly Tisdale just dropped $14.6 million on a 4,241 square foot, four-bedroom condo in the swanky Tribeca building, a little over its $14.25 million asking price, according to the Observer.

Myers used the Perry Trust for the buy, the same trust he used when he bought his penthouse at 72 Mercer Street in 2007.

The listing doesn’t offer much to sate our thirst for details, but luckily LLNYC got a peek inside the building recently for our Big Open House series. Myers can expect two exposures, direct, key-locked elevator access, wide plank white-oak floors, and reclaimed wood galore. Plus access to amenities like a central garden, an underground parking garage, a 75-foot lap pool, a children’s playroom, a fitness center, and a climate controlled wine cellar.

In December, fashion bigwig Kobi Halperin splashed out a little over $6 million for a pad at the building.
