The most likable anchor on Fox News, Shepard Smith, has listed his apartment at 65 West 13th Street for $4.9 million, according to StreetEasy records.
Smith purchased the apartment in 2004 for $1.875 million, and tried to list it in 2011 for $4 million before taking it off the market in 2012. According to the listing, the 2,341-square-foot condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and comes with a 40-foot gallery, 13-foot ceilings, a formal dining room with enough seating for eight people and a Crestron system that controls the lighting and shades in the apartment.
Smith has been on Fox News since 1996, and has covered major news stories for the network including Hurricane Katrina, the 2001 election controversy and the opening of the 2003 war in Iraq. He publicly came out as gay for the first time in October.
He also is a known super fan of the HBO show “True Blood.”
