$15M Tribeca pad doesn’t have enough mojo for Mike Myers

It feels as though it was just last week that we wrote about Austin Powers actor Mike Myers nabbing himself a brand-spanking new $14.6 million apartment at Tribeca’s very swanky 443 Greenwich. That’s because it was just last week, but already Myers is preparing to part with the pad.

The four-bedroom unit that Myers and his wife Kelly Tisdale bought under the name Perry Trust — the same trust he used when he bought his penthouse at 72 Mercer Street in 2007 — was relisted this morning for $15 million, a touch over what Myers paid.

The silver lining? This new listing offers far more in the way of details, much to our delight.

LLNYC got a peek inside the building recently for our Big Open House series. Myers is giving up two exposures, direct, key-locked elevator access, wide plank white-oak floors, and reclaimed wood galore. Plus access to amenities like a central garden, an underground parking garage, a 75-foot lap pool, a children’s playroom, a fitness center, and a climate controlled wine cellar.

Leonard Steinberg, Herve Senequier, Amy Mendizabal and Calli Sarkesh of Compass have the listing.
