LLNYC's look at listings:
You’ll find this pretty condo at 1 Central Park South, best known as the famed Plaza Hotel.
The four-bedroom pad spans 4,064-square-feet and comes with detailed moldings, wood and marble inlaid floors, and some flawless stained-glass ceilings.
The pad -- owned Bolat Nazarbayev, brother of Nursultan Nazarbayev, the president of Kazakhstan -- was at the center of a wild family feud.
Bolat, a fertilizer tycoon, filed several lawsuits against his ex-wife Maira and his nephew Daniyar Nazarbayev, related to the ownership of the apartment. He even had his ex-wife arrested in Kazakhstan, reports The Real Deal.
Nazarbayev, along with Maira, bought the place in 2008 for almost $20.2 million, city records show.
The pad, now in Nazarbayev's name only, originally hit the market asking $17.9 million, that price tag was first dropped to $17.7 million, and now the spread is asking $16 million.
Francis Caamano and Mehdi Ettouati of Lafayette Realty have the listing.
