LLNYC's look at listings:
If the $10 million townhouse at 115 East 38th Street looks well styled, it might be because it's owned by Michel Botbol, senior vice president at Polo Ralph Lauren and former Creative Director for Harper's Bazaar.
Botbol paid $5.4 million for the house in 2014, along with his partner Arthur Krystofiak, city records show.
They bought the house -- which once belonged to Liza Minnelli in the 1970s -- from Israel-born rug designer Liora Manné — whose work can be seen in Radio City Music Hall, Brown University and at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
But before both Manné and Minnelli, acclaimed jewelry designer Kenneth Jay Lane bought the pad in the late 1960s.
Mark Thomas Amadei and Roberta Golubock of Sotheby's International Realty have the listing.
