LLNYC's look at listings:
A duplex apartment at 1165 Fifth Avenue has hit the market asking $15.5 million.
The pad is owned by hedge fund honcho Brenda Earl, city records show. Earl bought the place in 2007 for almost $10.9 million from director and producer Peter Masterson.
The five-bedroom co-op unit is on Fifth Avenue's Museum Mile and comes with six-and-a-half bathrooms, a corner living room, wood-burning fireplaces, a formal dining room, a library, staff rooms, views of Central Park, and a lush wrap around terrace with seasonal plantings and custom awning.
Another resident of the building, Linda Wells, the founder of Allure magazine, listed her $5 million co-op in January.
Jill Sloane of Halstead Property has the listing.
