LLNYC's look at listings:

Heather Kerzner, the former wife of the South African casino and resort tycoon Sol Kerzner, is ready to part with the Greenwich Lane duplex penthouse she snapped up early last year.

The four-bedroom spread has just hit the market asking $22.5 million, almost $4 million more than the $18.87 million Kerzner paid for the unit in 2016. It spans 4,317 square feet and comes with high ceilings, casement windows, a media room and a private terrace.

Her ex-husband is the founder of Kerzner International, whose properties include the Atlantis resort brand.

Last week the first completed townhouse at the five building, five townhouse project hit the market for $25 million.

According to press materials, there are just six available sponsor units remaining in all of The Greenwich Lane, which launched with 200 residences.

Among those to have bought in the building are Howard Schultz, the CEO of Starbucks, who paid just over $40 million for a duplex, plus Jimmy Choo co-founder Tamara Mellon and actor Michael C. Hall.

Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes and Jordan Shea of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
