LLNYC's look at listings:
One57 is the towering building probably best known as the home of the most expensive NYC condo ever bought – a penthouse unit that commanded a record-breaking $100.5 million in late 2014 from an undisclosed buyer.
At just a touch under $30 million, this spread is a steal in comparison, but it is the most expensive offering at the tower right now. It comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble and onyx bathrooms, and a chef’s eat-in kitchen. Unfortunately we have to image what it looks like thanks to a lack of listing photos.
Plus it has access to amenities including a private dining and function room, a library with a billiards room and 24-foot aquarium, an arts and crafts room, a screening room, and a fitness center.
Janice Chang of Douglas Elliman has the listing.
