LLNYC's look at listings:
The West Village penthouse unit at 166 Perry Street has returned to the market asking $30 million and this time it looks ready to be lived in.
The pad made headlines when it hit the market in 2012 for $25 million (two years after being bought for $14.8 million) while it was "partially constructed" and a "construction site," reports Curbed. It went on to change hands in 2013 for $10.4 million -- it sold to just one of the previous two owners, the entity 166 Perry Street Mj LLC.
We'd guess the last few years have been spent sprucing up the place, because listing photos certainly don't show a construction site. Renovated from top to bottom, the five-bedroom condo comes with a chef's kitchen, a gym, a massage room, a home office, wood-burning fireplaces, multiple terraces and a private pool.
The 6,845-square-foot spread is the most expensive available in the building by far. Swimsuit model Irina Shayk is a former resident.
