LLNYC's look at listings:
Back on the market is the sprawling Tribeca townhouse at 2 North Moore Street.
The 11,300-square-foot home is ready, willing and able to be snapped up for a cool $38 million, a little less than it was asking when LLNYC toured the spread last June. But the same price it was asking when it left the market at the end of last year.
The 65-foot-wide spread, which is owned by financier Mark Zittman and his wife Noelle, comes with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two offices, a two-car garage, three entrances, a commercial elevator, a huge open-plan living room and kitchen, a secret garden, a roof terrace, a screening/billiards room, and it’s crowning glory is the top-floor, indoor lap pool, which is four-feet deep and an impressive 50-feet long.
The house also took a turn as a $97,500-a-month rental.
Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group is co-listing the property with Douglas Elliman’s Alexander brothers.
