LLNYC's look at listings:
A Time Warner Center condo has hit the market today for the 11th time since 2008.
The three-bedroom spread at 25 Columbus Circle is asking $13.9 million currently, but in the almost decade that it's been on and off the market has seen a range of price tags ranging from $9.45 million to $21.5 million.
It's also been a veritable who's who of real estate having been a listing for brokers with Douglas Elliman, Corcoran, Sotheby's International Realty and Brown Harris Stevens. Even the owners themselves attempted to sell it a couple of times.
It's not clear who the owner is, or when they bought the pad.
The Time Warner Center is no strange to fickle residences. A duplex penthouse in the building recently chopped its price by 68 percent.
Charlie Attias of Corcoran has the listing.
