LLNYC's look at listings:
At 926 feet tall, the hotel and condo tower at 30 Park Place is set to be Lower Manhattan’s tallest hotel and residential tower.
The Four Seasons Downtown Hotel will occupy the first 22 floors of the 82-story building, and 157 residential units will be spread across the upper floors. Limestone-loving architect Robert A.M. Stern headed up the design of the tower, which opened its doors to hotel visitors last year.
The pad's four terraces will be the highest outdoor space in the city, according to its listing.
Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Hadid is reportedly living in the building, as is "Friends" star Matthew Perry. Developer Larry Silverstein and his wife, Klara, are moving into a penthouse on the 80th floor later this summer, sources told LLNYC.
Corcoran's 30 Park Place Sales Gallery have the listing.
