LLNYC's look at listings:

"Perhaps the best floorplan on Park Avenue," reads the listing for the seventh floor of 640 Park Avenue. The six-bedroom co-op has just hit the market asking $25 million.

The best on Park Avenue might be a stretch, but at approximately 7,000 square feet, the floorplan is certainly big.

A hunt to find the owner of the full-floor spread resulted in, well, nothing. So here's what we do know: The pad comes with six-and-a-half bathrooms, a library, a double living room, a formal dining room, two large staff rooms, five wood-burning fireplaces, ten-foot-high ceilings, hard wood floors throughout and a very, very yellow kitchen.

And while it's entirely possible the owners simply don't have much furniture, we suspect the rooms really are that big.

Judith Durham and Lisa Lippman of Brown Harris Stevens have the listing.

I’m not seeing the 7,000 square feet, either in the room sizes or the roughly 85′ Long x 65′ Wide dimensions. Am I missing something?
