993 Fifth Avenue #7 Upper East Side, New York New York 10028

LLNYC's look at listings:

A full-floor unit at the tony Upper East Side co-op 993 Fifth Avenue has recently hit the market with a $24.9 million asking price.

The five-bedroom spread, which encompasses the 7th floor, comes with a private elevator vestibule, a large gallery, a sitting room, a library, an oversized kitchen, and wood-burning fireplaces.

There's no word on the owners of this pad, but as for other residents of the building -Craig Huff, co-CEO of hedge fund Reservoir Capital Group, and his wife purchased the entire sixth floor back in 2011.

The building -- built in 1935, and located directly across from the Metropolitan Museum of Art -- was designed by Emery Roth, the same architect behind such skyline-greats as the San Remo and the El Dorado.

The building's 11th floor is also on the market and asking $27.9 million.

Judith Lederer of Douglas Elliman has the listing.
